Having gone through several driving schools and instructors walking away with little to no confidence (and being 21 years old) it was hard not to think that my hesitance with driving was a personal issue I'd never shake. I decided to try once more - this time with SAMS Driving School (Whitby). What an incredible experience it was! Jimmy, my instructor and owner of SAMS, is incredibly thorough without being convoluted, stern without being tyrannical, pleasant without being a pushover, and far more flexible with scheduling than I had thought! In less than 10 hours of in-car training I felt the confidence, understanding, and pride that I had genuinely never thought possible. From someone who has been all over Durham for proper training, I can honestly say that there is no place better for both the price that you're paying and the knowledge you're walking away with. My single regret is that I had not signed up with SAMS Driving School the instant I had gotten my G1. Thank You SAMS, thank you Jimmy!
